Welcome

Making the first phone call to a therapist can be difficult. But the decision to seek mental health treatment is a positive step toward improving emotional health and overall quality of life.

Daily life is hectic and it can be hard to find time for self-care.  Often, so much time and energy is spent on meeting the needs of others that it’s easy to feel lost in the shuffle. Psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to disengage from the stress of everyday living and shift the focus back onto your own emotional needs.

I believe the relationship between therapist and patient is the most important part of therapy. To that end, I work to provide a warm and welcoming space for my patients. A positive relationship with your therapist is the first step on the path to self awareness and healing.

Rates and Insurance

My fee is $175 per session for individual treatment.

In the event my full fee is out of reach, a sliding scale fee may be an option after a discussion is had about finances.

I accept cash, checks, and Venmo.

Payment is due at each session.

I do not participate in any insurance plans, however many plans cover psychotherapy services provided by an out-of-network provider. Please call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to determine if this is an option for you. If so, I can provide monthly statements for you to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation policy

If you must cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. I charge a cancellation fee of $175 for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Exceptions are made for emergencies.
